about

Whether you're feeling disconnected in your relationship, caught in recurring patterns, navigating challenges with intimacy or sexuality, or wanting to better understand yourself, therapy offers the opportunity to pause, reflect, and create meaningful change.

I believe the patterns that shape our relationships are often the key to understanding ourselves. Together, we'll explore those patterns with curiosity, strengthen self-awareness, and build healthier, more intentional relationships with yourself and the people who matter most.

I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Systemic Sex Therapy. My work is trauma-informed and informed by attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based systemic approaches. I work with individuals and couples and provide an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients, kink communities, and diverse relationship structures.

I currently see clients through multiple practice locations in Oregon, allowing me to offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. Each location has its own scheduling process, insurance participation, and availability. You can learn more about each option below to find the best fit for you.
